Hi, I’m Sarah!

I'm a NICU Registered Nurse and Board Certified Lactation Consultant in Los Angeles. I help new parents navigate the first few months postpartum — in your home, or virtually.

I chose a career as a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit RN and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant because I believe that no parent can do it alone. I want to help you navigate those first few months postpartum.

I worked as an actor in Los Angeles for years before I realized that I wanted to use my empathy towards helping new parents. I realized that even the things that seem natural can have challenges. Step away from endless mixed messages on Google, I will give you a clear plan to face any challenges in those first few months postpartum.

When I am not seeing patients, I am out and about in Los Angeles with my husband and two girls. I love trying new restaurants, taking last minute trips up or down the coast and scrolling Pinterest for aspirational house content.

Most of all, I love helping new parents. I really do.
