Unfortunately, insurance only covers a portion of my services, so you will be charge a non covered fee, but the rest of the visit is covered. BCBS recently terminated their contract with The Lactation Network (one company that handles my insurance billing). If you have BCBS or Blue Shield I would be happy to provide a superbill for reimbursement after paying out of pocket below.

Please email sarah@nestinglactation.com your insurance card, DOB, subscriber name and subscriber DOB for approval and you would only owe a $100 non-covered charge.
